Return & Refund Policy

At Kausen, every design is personally overseen by Perry to ensure your vision comes to life. Due to the highly customized nature of our process, we’ve outlined the following policies with clarity and care:

Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • 3-Hour Free Cancellation Window:
    Due to international time zones, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of placement if design work has not yet started (Perry will confirm via email). Full refunds are available only during this window.
    • After 3 hours, cancellations are subject to a $20 design fee deduction (as initial drafting begins promptly).
  • No Changes After Production Starts:
    Once design work begins, we cannot alter or cancel the order. Please review your details carefully at checkout.

Shipping & Package Liability

  • Lost/Stolen Packages:
    If your package is lost or stolen after marked as delivered, contact your local post office with your tracking number to file a claim. We can provide shipment details to assist, but we cannot assume liability for issues occurring during transit or after delivery.

Other Important Notes

  1. No Returns/Refunds for Personalized Items:
    All orders are custom-made, so we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless there’s a verified error on our part.
  2. Shipping Fees:
    Shipping costs (including customs/import fees) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Discount Code Orders:
    Items purchased with discounts are final sale—no returns or replacements.
