Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: SF Express International Small Packet/Postal Service.
    • Delivery Time: 4–5 weeks (varies by region).
    • Cost: Starting at $7.95 (final rate calculated at checkout based on destination).
  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
    • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout; free for orders over $289.
  • Processing Location: Orders ship from our Shenzhen warehouse (no US warehouse).

International Shipping Notes

  1. Country-Specific Requirements:
    • UK: Provide EORI number or billing address for DHL shipments.
    • Korea: Include PCCC in order notes.
    • India, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, UAE: Only DHL Express available.
    • Russia: SF Express only (DHL unavailable for personal packages).
  2. Customs & Duties:
    • Website prices exclude VAT and customs duties.
    • European orders may incur additional fees; check local regulations before purchasing.
    • We declare the full order value for DHL shipments; contact us if a lower declaration is needed.
  3. Address Accuracy:
    • Ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot modify addresses after shipment, and incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds/returns.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Provided via email once your order ships.
  • How to Track: Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., SF Express).

Important Disclaimers

  1. No Modifications After Shipment:
    • We cannot alter orders once they leave our warehouse.
  2. Delivery Issues:
    • For delays or lost packages, contact your local carrier first. We will assist by contacting the carrier on your behalf but cannot control delivery once shipped.
  3. Customs Confiscation:
    • We are not liable for packages confiscated by customs. Research local laws/prohibited items before ordering.

Operational Notes

  • Holidays & Weekends: No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or Chinese public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will ship on the next business day.
  • Carrier Restrictions: Some regions may only accept specific carriers (e.g., DHL for select countries). We will contact you if your address is incompatible with the chosen method.
