What kind of image can i upload?
Anything that makes you go “YES, THIS!” — screenshots of your favorite game scenes, characters, or items, photos of your gaming setup, squad mates, or even stuff that’s not game-related but means something special to you. If it’s unique to your story, hit upload! We’ll turn it into awesome hand-drawn outline embroidery that’s totally one-of-a-kind.
Where are our products made?
We’re super proud to make our products in our China factory. No outsourcing—nope! Dad’s in charge of clothing processing, and Perry personally handles customizing stuff and chatting with customers. Just us, pouring love into every piece for you!
When will i get my order?
Shipping Info: Transparent timelines on every product page!
Processing: 2–4 business days (handcrafted with care).
Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days.
Global Standard: 2–3 weeks.
Express (DHL/FedEx): 5–7 business days
How do I submit multiple pictures?
Our website only allows 1 attachment to be submitted per item. But you have a few options:
- You can create a collage of your favorite pictures and submit that, or
- You can create a zip file with your images and submit that.
If you want to combine 2 of your photos into one outline (people from one, background from another, for example), just place those specific instructions on the notes of your order.
Can I see the design before it's made?
